Transient / Steady State Study
Transient over-currents and over-voltages are caused by switching operations or lightning strikes to electric facilities damaging sensitive equipment or disrupt operation. Our analysis of transient phenomena uses simulation tools to characterize transient events, determine resulting problems, and evaluate possible mitigation alternatives. In steady state our analysis involves operational parameter like construction, load flow, protection coordination, power sharing etc.

Solutions We Provide
We use EMTP-RV as our transient simulation program to analyse potential switching problems associated with a variety of utility and customer equipment operations. Analysis results include recommendations for optimum solutions to possible switching problems. We perform following studies:
